These Terms of Service are provided by the app developer (“Developer”) and describe main aspects of using this Task Manager – Task List App (“App”, “The App”, “Our App”). By using our App you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you are using our App on behalf of an organization, then you are agreeing to these terms on behalf on an organization. Please read our Terms of Service carefully, before start using our App.
General
These Terms of Service are subject to change without prior written notice at any time. You can choose to stop using our App at will. If Developer changes these Terms of Service, he will update the “Last Modified” date above. Please check these Terms of Service periodically for those changes.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs in your app.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the App for any reason, without any notice at any time.
You should discontinue your use of our App if you do not agree with these Terms of Service of their Last Modified version.
Privacy Policy
App’s privacy policy describes how the app use your personal data and content. By using our App you automatically agree to our Privacy Policy and Developer can use such data in accordance with Privacy Policy.; Privacy policy also describes Content usage. Content Storage
All Content, created by you in your App is stored on your device. Developer doesn’t have access to your Content.
DEVELOPERS and APP CREATORS DO NOT RECOMMEND storing particularly valuable information, passwords or credit card information or any other valuable information in the App, since this data (Content) can not be recovered if it is lost. If you store valuable information, you store it at your sole risk.
Using our App YOU AGREE that developer and app creator IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for the loss of your Content. Developer and app creator is not legally responsible for the risks and any damages associated with loss of your Content.
Content Sync and Deletion
This app is designed to work on one device. Currently we don’t provide syncing in the app. But you can export all your content database to another iOS device using Menu / Export / Import feature. Make sure that device that imports database has no data on it.
If you want to delete your content from device and database, you can do it the Menu section of the app.
App Usage
You must follow these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy while using our App. You may only use our App as permitted by law. Using our App does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our App or the content you may have access to. You may not use copyrighted content in our App unless you obtain permission from the content owner and/or are otherwise permitted by law. Terms of service do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our App. App can display logos and trademarks or branding materials that is not the property of our App.
You must not abuse and/or misuse our App, including but not limited to :
- Using the Service for any unlawful purposes and activities
- Uploading any Content in violation of any applicable law, including but not limited to, intellectual property laws and publicity laws
- Sending promotions and advertisements
- Interfering with or disrupting the access of any user, host, network
- abusing the api of the app by sending frequent requests.
International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
In App Purchases and Subscriptions
App can contain In App Purchases and Auto-Renewable subscriptions. Auto-Auto-renewable subscriptions give users access to content or services from within the app on an ongoing basis. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. At the end of each subscription duration, the subscription will automatically renew until a user chooses to cancel it. Users can manage their subscriptions in their account settings on the App Store. For each subscription users can see all the renewal options the subscription group offers. Users can easily move between service levels and choose to upgrade, downgrade, or crossgrade as often as they like. Prices can be changed at any time.
Notifications
The App can contain Notification (local and remote) to provide timely and important information to the App Users.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS AVAILABLE “AS IS”.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, APP AND ITS CREATOR, DEVELOPER AGENTS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, CONTENT LOSS, DATA LOSS, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
YOUR USE AND/OR PURCHASE OF APP ARE ALL AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS.
APP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE APP WILL MEET ALL OF YOUR REQUIREMENTS AT ALL TIMES;;
- THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE AND ALL ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED;;
- THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.
